Lateefa, a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, specializing in Security & Network Technologies brings a diverse set of skills and experiences.

During her internship, Lateefa’s tasks were centered around Autonomous Vehicle Security, involving research on security concerns, vulnerability testing, and presenting findings through research papers. She actively participated in weekly meetings discussing research, test results, and findings with the department’s Director.

In her role as a Student Mentor, Lateefa provided study support to students, particularly those majoring in Information Technology, Security, and Network Technologies. She organized group sessions that significantly improved students’ grades, expanding the scope of mentorship to offer support when needed.

Lateefa demonstrated a positive and professional attitude, contributing to increased student morale and test scores.

Lateefa’s final graduation project involved developing a Go Smart App, a user-friendly mobile application serving as an electronic wallet to reduce contact during COVID. The app, created using Python and Kivy, aimed to streamline payments and could potentially be expanded for broader usability.

Her commitment to continuous learning and her diverse skill set make Lateefa a promising professional in the field of Information Technology and Cybersecurity.
