The Ishraq programme, launched by the Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai in collaboration with the UAE Food & Beverage Business Group, aims to equip UAE Nationals with the necessary skills and experience to establish a well-rounded career across various industries. The program will offer practical training, mentoring, and employment opportunities at a strategic level in partnership with leading companies.

During the Gulfood 2023, the world’s largest annual global food and beverage sourcing event held at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), a press conference was conducted to unveil the new program. The event was attended by esteemed personalities including His Excellency Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chair of the Emirati Human Resources Development Council (EHRDC), Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director-General of Dubai Government Human Resources Department & Vice Chairman of the council, and Saleh Lootah, Chairman of UAE Food and Beverage Business Group.
